Sip Coffee was born during the pandemic, inspired by a passion for precision, robotics, and exceptional coffee. Co-founders Steven and Blake, childhood friends with expertise in architecture and the food industry, joined forces to revolutionize the coffee experience.

At the heart of Sip Coffee is Jitters, our first-generation robotic barista. Designed to brew the perfect pour-over coffee, Jitters takes on the hard work while our baristas focus on engaging with customers—educating, connecting, and sharing the art of coffee.

We see Sip Coffee as the Apple Genius Bar of coffee shops, blending technology and human warmth to create a space where every visit is both innovative and personal. Jitters 1.0 is just the beginning as we work toward expanding its capabilities while keeping people at the center of everything we do.
